Emicasa interiors comes to your home to bring you a new look, to your rooms or your interior fittings. The purpose of this service is to find a layout that symbolises your lifestyle, following these steps:

A first visit to see the place and listen to your wishes.
Proposal of mood boards

A first visit

A first visit allows me to know your living environment, your tastes and your desires as well as the building constraints related to this project. I would like to talk you through my suggestions for improvements, changes in styles and use of space. In case of space reorganisation, some craftsmen might be needed. We will also discuss the estimated budget for your project and Emicasa’s fees. This stage is free of charge.

A first visit

Mood boards

Following this appointment, I will create some mood boards depending on the surface to be renovated, which start our collaboration. For each room, two mood boards will be provided. On these boards, you will find a palette of colours, materials and fittings that will reveal our discussions and my inspirations taken from shops, internet and other inspiring places.

Material board

Once the mood boards are chosen for each room, I will be able to propose you a selection of furniture, fixtures, paintings and textiles tailor-made or not (curtains, cushions etc.). This material board will be in accordance with the budget discussed.

Perspective drawing

The perspective drawing will be the result of the mood board and the materials that you choose. It will facilitate your view in 3D of the project. One or several perspective drawing, depending on the points of view chosen, will represent each room, according to its size.

Site supervision

This is the implementation of your accomplished project. Emicasa or you will supervise the work execution. By lack of time, Emicasa recommend to opt for this stage in order to have a project completely looked after without any stress. A full report will also be written after each site meeting.

Project completion

Once the design work is completed, the furniture and fixtures have been delivered; the project comes to an end. Emicasa will arrange the final layout if need.

This service allows you to maximise the value of your property that you need to sell or rent.

Maximise it in the value but also in the appeal without spending a fortune. Indeed people find it hard to envisage buying or renting if the place is not appealing for them. It is following these steps :

Visit of the property
Proposal of a new space organisation with colored sketches if needed
Final layout

The total cost of this service is around 2% of the selling price of your property given by your real estate agent.
