Commitment
We treat accessibility as a quality criterion, on the same plane as typography or contrast. The site is designed, developed and tested against digital accessibility good practice in France and Europe.
Scope
This statement applies to the emicasa.fr site (all public pages, in every language offered) and to its public technical subdomains. The internal admin area (Sanity Atelier) is not covered.
Conformance
The target is conformance with WCAG 2.1 level AA. The site has been internally reviewed by our team at launch. An external audit is planned within six months of going live.
Known points in progress
We keep an honest list of points where AA conformance can still be strengthened:
- The interactive zone map (ZoneMap) is keyboard-navigable and screen-reader-announced, but the touch experience on tightly clustered nodes can still be improved.
- The FAQ filters use browser history, but the category transition does not yet trigger an explicit screen-reader announcement.
- Some portfolio photographs do not yet carry descriptive alternative text. These will be enriched by our content team.
Technologies used
The site is built with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (React and Next.js). Animations systematically respect the prefers-reduced-motion system preference. Interactive components (buttons, dialogs, dropdowns) follow recommended ARIA patterns.

If you encounter an accessibility issue on this site, write to us. We handle reports within 15 business days. If our response is not satisfactory, you can escalate to the Défenseur des droits.
