Emicasa is an interior design atelier based in Valbonne that works regularly in Grasse: old-town flats, hillside villas and pied-à-terre. The first meeting is free, at the property or remotely, and we work in five languages including English.
Emicasa has worked on Grasse interiors since 2017, in the old centre and on the hillside houses above the town.
Grasse runs at two scales. The old centre is dense and vertical, with flats whose ceilings are generously high and whose entrances are sometimes tight. On the slopes above, you find villas with gardens, often south-west facing, that ask for a precise reading of the light through the seasons.
The town has its own cultural and economic life — perfumery, flower market. That feeds into the decoration choices: you readily see glass, ceramics, natural fabrics with a discreet pattern.
What's here: old flats in the centre; villas on the slopes; a few pied-à-terre linked to the perfume industry.
Belle Vue (2022) is a 240 m² (2,580 sqft) villa in Grasse on two levels, with a south-west garden. Fayence sits nearby; legacy URLs for 'interior designer Fayence' now redirect here.
