Emicasa is an interior design atelier based in Valbonne that works regularly in Cannes: Belle Époque flats, hillside villas and pied-à-terre. The first meeting is free, at the property or remotely, and we work in five languages including English.
Emicasa has worked on Cannes interiors since 2017, across two distinct markets — the Belle Époque flats on the seafront and the newer villas behind the Suquet.
The light on the Croisette and the light behind the Suquet are two different lights. The first is wide, frontal, marine; the second is filtered, already coloured by the vegetation. That changes the palette we propose, the floor material, the way we handle the windows.
Belle Époque flats usually keep their mouldings, original parquet, and tall ceilings. The work is to respect those elements and let them breathe inside a calm, contemporary decoration.
What's here: Belle Époque flats along the Croisette; villas in the hills above the bay; a handful of pied-à-terre in the old town.
Grand Espace (2023) is a 260 m² (2,800 sqft) contemporary flat in Cannes, across three levels. Mandelieu sits nearby; legacy URLs for 'interior designer Mandelieu' now redirect here.
