Emicasa is an interior design atelier based in Valbonne that works regularly in Châteauneuf-Grasse: the hilltop village and south-facing properties. The first meeting is free, at the property or remotely, and we work in five languages including English.
Emicasa has worked in Châteauneuf-Grasse since 2017, in the hilltop village as well as in the hamlets and properties scattered below.
Châteauneuf-Grasse has an exceptional view over the bay of Cannes and the hinterland. We use that openness without crowding it — the windows stay a subject of the room; the interior furniture does not try to compete with the landscape.
Old bastides dominate. Rooms can be irregular; projects there ask for patience and a taste for raw material.

Rénovation dans les Oliviers (2021) is a 290 m² stone mas in Châteauneuf-Grasse, set in the middle of an olive grove.
