Emicasa is an interior design atelier based in Valbonne that works regularly in Mouans-Sartoux: village houses and secluded villas. The first meeting is free, at the property or remotely, and we work in five languages including English.
Emicasa has worked in Mouans-Sartoux since 2017, on village houses and on more outlying villas towards Grasse.
Mouans-Sartoux is a compact commune. Interior volumes are more modest than in Mougins or Valbonne. The work is often to free up circulation, take down a partition that no longer serves, let the garden light through.
Owners here are often locally settled families with a clear taste for natural materials and furniture built to last.
What's here: village houses and single-storey homes; villas on the edge of the commune towards Grasse; a few properties tied to the book festival.
