Emicasa is an interior design atelier based in Valbonne that works regularly in Plascassier: stone houses and bastides. The first meeting is free, at the property or remotely, and we work in five languages including English.
Emicasa has worked in Plascassier since 2017, in this hamlet of the Grasse hinterland where the housing stock remains largely rural.
Plascassier is quiet. Houses there are often stone mas or isolated bastides, surrounded by olive trees or terraced fields. Interior work runs in parallel with a reading of the outside — where the windows look, where the wind comes from, what time the sun hits the façade.
Owners here usually want a discreet decoration that does not fight the landscape.
