Emicasa is an interior design atelier based in Valbonne, founded in 2017, working on old-village stone bastides, villas and contemporary projects. The first meeting is free, at the property or remotely, and we work in five languages including English.
Emicasa has worked on Valbonne interiors since 2017, mostly stone bastides in the old village and some contemporary renovations on the outskirts. The atelier itself is based in Valbonne.
The light in Valbonne shifts a lot from one season to the next. The local limestone takes a warmer tone at the end of summer than in spring. The old-village bastides have thick walls that hold an even internal temperature most of the year; our work on those houses tends to lighten them gently, with linen, lime plaster, and not much furniture.
The Valbonne market mixes long-resident families and part-time foreign owners. Budgets run from a one-room coaching to a full six-figure project. The atelier takes both.
